The Great Big Yawn has been set up to help people outside of the NHS with their mental health.

It’s called the great big yawn to literally remind people to complete their yawns!

Yawning helps to stimulate more parts of your mind and body than ANY other action.

PLUS, (in most cases) we don’t even have to learn how to do it.  It’s something we instinctively do in the womb. 

Using this principle and many others we are helping to give immediate tips,skills and knowledge to help people take away this information and use it very intentionally in their every day lives.
