LETTER
16th October 2018
Dear Families,
I am collecting evidence for a Research bid in the local area (Bury, Lancs) for Free Mental Health assistance for families. The help will be in the form of Alternative Therapy such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Tap Around The Clock, NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), Reiki and Coaching.
We are looking for families who wish to participate in the scheme. The scheme is to run over an 18 month period and will include as many members of the immediate family as possible, even if they do not live together. Ie: mum & dad plus children.
Support will be a mixture of the following:-
- Face to face sessions
- Internet Sessions via Zoom/Skype
- Facebook Group support with Live chats, advice and homework.
- An App to download and work with on your own.
- A book to download and use as further assistance with the APP or on it’s own.
Requirements from the Families to participate:
- Completed Forms for all participants (attached)
- Agreement for photographs or media footage for evidence that sessions have taken place.
- Involvement for at least a period of 6 weeks in the 18 months period.
- Feedback on completion of the therapy on outcomes.

We aim to have this up and running as soon as possible for you all to benefit from. We will find out about the bid results by the end of November.
