Students: Going to university is one of the most formative transitions of a person’s life and a time that’s full of new experiences and opportunities for personal growth. For some, however, it can also be an isolating and anxious period, with experiences that can trigger or exacerbate a range of mental health issues.
Work: Psychological problems, including stress, anxiety and depression, are behind one in five visits to a GP. Work related stress (at a level individuals believed was making them ill) covers approximately 40% of all work-related illness.
Relationships: The reality for many families is that the summer holidays can be a very stressful time when the cracks in a relationship either start to form or widen under the strain. People may find themselves juggling their work and home commitments in an increasingly unsustainable way.
Using these techniques we work together to release the above blockages and move forward with a clean slate towards your goals and dreams.
These sessions create the foundations for change and once you have started the process gives you a clear view on how to move forward. And what over time, you may wish to work on next.
