In TARC EFT, we understand that the sides of the head – particularly the temples – are key energetic and emotional release points. This area connects to frustration, indecision, and the internal pressure to ‘get it right.’ By tapping here with intention, we work with the energy of the Gall Bladder Meridian, often associated with action, decision-making, and releasing internal pressure.

This powerful TARC EFT sequence supports clear thinking, emotional balance, and the courage to move forward without overwhelm.


WHEN TO USE THIS

  • When you feel stuck or can’t make a decision

  • During emotional overload, irritation, or mental pressure

  • If you’re feeling scattered, tense, or frustrated

  • When you’ve been people-pleasing or overthinking

  • To reconnect with your inner wisdom and direction


TARC EFT Tapping Sequence: The Clarity Reset

  1. Sit or stand comfortably. Bring your focus to the sides of your head — the temples.

  2. Begin tapping gently on both temples at the same time. This is your Decision Release Point.

  3. Use the following phrases as a guide, or create your own:

    *”Even though I feel overwhelmed and under pressure, I honour what I’m feeling.”

    “Even though I’m torn between choices, I’m learning to trust myself.”

    “I release this tension from my head and let it flow away.”

    “It’s safe to pause. It’s safe to choose.”

    “I can think clearly, calmly, and with confidence.”*

  4. Continue tapping through the regular TARC EFT points (eyebrow, under eye, chest, under arm, hands), returning to the temples at the end.

  5. Finish with a big breath out, and let your jaw unclench. A spontaneous yawn here is perfect!


Add Gentle Movement:

  • Massage the temples with circular motions to relax facial fascia and ease tension.

  • Tilt your head gently side to side, loosening neck and jaw tightness.


Affirmations to Anchor:

  • “I choose with clarity.”

  • “I release the pressure.”

  • “I move forward with ease.”

  • “I trust my inner guidance.”


Remember: You don’t need to push through. You’re allowed to pause, breathe, and gently realign with what’s true for you. Your body already knows the way.

You are wise. You are capable. You are becoming clearer every day.
