This Membership incorporates a Full Checklist of symptoms to keep aligned with the flow of exercises you will be taking. This involves a honest review of where you are at right now and a weekly or monthly update that you complete in your own time to assess your progress along the way. This may be submitted to the College if you wish to be part of our research studies. (No obligation)
