Developed through the pioneering work at Bowland House, The Living Book of Place is a bespoke Live4Energy process for retreat centres, heritage properties, wellbeing venues, private estates and regeneration projects. It helps owners and custodians listen more closely to what their place already holds, document its evolving story and consider what may support its next chapter.
The work may include a first listening consultation, exploration of the history and purpose of the site, place-based observation, energetic fieldwork, water and environmental themes, personal testimony, on-site experiences and practical integration. These elements can then be brought together within a beautifully curated Living Book, private report or longer-term regeneration partnership.
This is not a standard package. Each commission is shaped around the land, the people responsible for it and the future they are seeking to create. Live4Energy can support a single consultation, a defined phase of restoration or an ongoing process of listening, regeneration and integration.
